A century-old former church called the Rotunda stands as a symbol of Penn’s civic engagement with West Philadelphia. The Rotunda — located at 4014 Walnut St. — now houses a community-based arts initiative that started in 1998 with the goal of serving as a bridge to bring together Penn and West Philadelphia.
